Our friendly staff will be onsite at all times with a member of the team always watching over, monitoring, interacting and playing with the dogs.
We can arrange for individual dogs to spend time outside the paddock having one to one walks around the 12 acre site if they prefer time out.

- Tuesday: 8am - 6pm
- Wednesday: 8am - 6pm
- Thursday: 8am - 6pm
- Friday: 8am - 5pm
- Weekends & Bank Holidays: CLOSED
Pricing
Following our passion and expertise with dogs. All Staff have their canine first aid training and receive ongoing training including a diploma in canine care.
Our promise is to deliver the very best care for your fur baby in a relaxed, friendly, happy and loving environment.
We are fully insured and council licensed (24/00093/ANILIC).
Half Day: £16 per session
Full Day: £26 per session
- Drop off times are between 8-9.30am.
- Half Day Collection by 1pm.
- Full Day Collection between 3.30-6pm.

There are many options for doggy day care these days, dog walkers and pop in services etc, but what we can offer is security, the knowledge and reassurance that your dog is safe and with someone all day. They will have plenty of staff interaction, enjoying plenty of cuddles, play, and enjoy lots of indoor and outdoor activities.

Terms & Conditions:
Primary requirements for dogs to attend Featherbed Doggy Day Care:
• Dogs must have a friendly, non-aggressive nature towards both dogs and humans
• All recommended vaccinations must be current and documented
• Regular flea and worming treatments must be maintained
• Female dogs in season are not permitted (must stay away during season and one week after)
• Dogs must be free from contagious diseases and injuries
• Registration and information forms must be completed prior to attendance
• A half-day trial session is mandatory to assess suitability
Health & Safety:
• Proof of current vaccinations required (yearly boosters documentation needed)
• Dogs must be free from contagious diseases for at least 30 days prior to attendance
• We operate as an open, social environment where dogs interact freely
• Separate feeding areas are available for dogs bringing meals
Policies & Procedures:
• 24-hour cancellation notice required (full day rate charged for late cancellations)
• Operating hours: Monday-Thursday until 6:00 PM, Friday until 5:00 PM
• Late collection fee: £5.00 per 5 minutes after closing time
• Weekly invoicing with 7-day payment terms
• Late payment results in attendance suspension and £1.00 daily late fee
• Trial session no-shows will be charged at normal rates
Owner Responsibilities:
• Must be legal owner of attending dog(s)
• Required to provide accurate health and behavioral information
• Responsible for any veterinary costs if emergency care is needed
• Must keep contact information current
• Agreement to all terms and conditions is mandatory
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog displaying aggressive or inappropriate behavior. By registering your dog with Featherbed Doggy Day Care, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions.
